The tile is officially done. I'm so glad of that. It was a pain to do because almost all of the squares had to be cut because the fireplace is uneven. The tile job turned out really nice. We decided to go with a sandstone color. In the middle we chose to do a row of patterns. Just below the patterns is where the mantle will be. I still have to stain the mantle, but that won't get done until the weather warms up.
